TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALES
Payment
- All prices in the website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
- Payment must be done WITHIN 24 hours upon receipt of the Order Confirmation email.
- InterBank or ATM Transfers for DBS and POSB only.
- We'll be using Paypal for all credit card payment. However, please
note that an additional 3.4% will be incurred to the total bill.
- We ensure accuracy in our billing as all our transactions.
Delivery
Meet Up
- We strongly recommend self-collection via meet up. Venue will be informed upon order.
Local Courier
- An additional S$5.00 will be incurred. Package will be delivered
directly to your doorstep by Ta-Q-Bin. A tracking number will be made
available.
* Working days are not inclusive of Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
Warranty of Goods/Services
- All our goods/services will serve their intended functions.
- Colors and cutting of products may differ slightly due to the different batches produced by different countries manufactured.
Cancellation of Orders
- We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods.
- We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.
Confirmation of Orders
- We will send an e-acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful order submission.
Exchange & Refunds
- All goods sold are non-refundable.
- Stock is subject to Factory stock availibility on the date of pre-order closed. If it is out of stock, we will fully refund the payment.
